Clear terms for purchasing, activating and using IANVIDEOAI.
Right of use
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased IANVIDEOAI version on one Windows PC. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or public sharing of the software or license key is not permitted.
Activation and local processing
Download, initial activation and periodic license checks require an internet connection. Video, audio, transcription, screenshot and PDF processing takes place locally on the computer.
Changing computers
Deactivate the license on the previous computer, then activate it on the new computer using the same purchase email and license key. Contact support if the previous device is no longer available.
Updates
The purchased version may be used indefinitely. Updates or new major versions are included only when explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Open source
Bundled open-source components are governed by their own licenses and are not covered by the proprietary IANVIDEOAI license. See Open Source Licenses and the bundled THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt file.
Payment processing
Payment is processed by the payment provider named in the checkout. Price, taxes, invoice information and the applicable payment and refund terms are displayed before the order is completed.
