2. Provision of the website

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, IONOS processes technically necessary visitor data that is anonymised at the point of collection. This includes the referrer, requested web page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and the IP address in anonymised form. IONOS WebAnalytics also processes visitor data.

This processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to IONOS, visitor data is stored for eight weeks, is not disclosed to third parties and is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The data is deleted when it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. External cTrader links

This website contains links to cTrader profile and product pages. A connection to cTrader is established only when you open one of these links. The privacy terms of the respective provider then apply.

5. External checkout and payment processing

Purchases may open an external checkout operated by a payment provider. The provider, price, taxes, and the applicable privacy, payment, and refund terms are displayed before the purchase is completed. A connection to the payment provider is established only when the checkout is opened.

6. Cookies and analytics

The current static website does not itself use analytics or marketing services and does not set non-essential cookies. The example videos are served directly from the IONOS webspace; no external video service is embedded. Processing performed through IONOS hosting and IONOS WebAnalytics is described in section 2.

7. IANVIDEOAI

Selected videos, audio, transcripts, screenshots and PDF files are processed locally on the user's computer by the desktop application. The website does not receive these media files and does not upload them to IANTIAI.

8. Rights of data subjects

Where the legal requirements are met, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
