FAQ
Quick answers about installation, local processing and licensing.
Are my video or audio files uploaded?
No. Media, transcripts, screenshots and PDFs are processed locally on your computer.
Is an internet connection required?
Only for the download, initial activation and periodic license checks. Media processing itself is local.
Which systems and formats are supported?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit). Video: MP4, MKV, MOV, WebM. Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC. Export: PDF. CPU processing works; a compatible NVIDIA GPU is optional.
How do I create a PDF?
Select a file or folder, choose “Text + Screenshots” or “Text only”, select the language and create the PDF.
Where is the PDF saved?
Next to the source file. An optional master PDF is saved in the selected root folder.
How do I move my license to a new computer?
One license covers one computer. Deactivate it under “Settings” on the old device, then activate it on the new one. If the old device is unavailable, contact support.
Which languages are supported?
IANVIDEOAI can detect the language automatically and supports around 100 transcription languages.
Where do I get updates?
Customers receive the version offered at purchase and available updates through the order or download page of the payment provider shown at checkout. New major versions are included only when explicitly stated at purchase.
